Terms of Service

The service

GeoNexa is operated by Nexora AI Consultancy FZ-LLC (RAKEZ licence 47033418, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates). The service measures how visible a brand is across AI search engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and DeepSeek — and produces scores, competitor rankings, and suggested fixes.

Accounts

• You can run a free scan without an account. Saved history, tracked questions, and scheduled scans require signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• What each plan includes — how many brands and buyer questions you can track, how many seats, and whether scans run weekly or daily — is shown on the pricing page and enforced in the product.
• You can cancel anytime. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to the free tier.
• Nothing is deleted on cancellation. Projects above the free limit are locked read-only so your data and history remain available if you resubscribe.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scan sites or brands you have no legitimate interest in, in order to harass, or in a way that violates a third party’s rights.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, or circumvent plan limits.
• Use the service to break any law that applies to you.

What the results are — and are not

AI engines are non-deterministic and change over time. Scores, rankings, and competitor lists are a good-faith measurement of what the engines answered when we asked, not a guarantee of any specific result or ranking. The fix plans we generate are automated suggestions for you or your developer to review and apply — following them does not guarantee improved visibility, and you remain responsible for changes you make to your own site.

Your content

You keep ownership of the brands, sites, and questions you enter. You grant us the permission needed to run the service — to query the engines, generate reports, and store your results. We claim no ownership over your data.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but provide it “as is,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We depend on third-party engines and infrastructure that can change or go down outside our control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, GeoNexa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders by email, and continued use after that means you accept them. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Ras Al Khaimah, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.
